A daily Ritual may fix “YOU”
Wake up before alarm.
If you can’t,Start waking up with alarm atleast by 5:30 to play this 90 mins match of Life everyday. If you win this everyday, you are home. NO SNOOZE NO PHONE SCREEN(At least for first two hours of the day)
Wake up on your right side.
Sit upright on bed for a while. Stand up in slow fashion.
Get used to your first touch to ground for the day. Feel it like a kiss to this earth.
Rub your both palms faster and put it on your eyes.
Now u wake up in real term.
Step out of your home once look at the sky and thank the creator(the Universe) for another day on this earth.
Provide water to every possible life around. Can be trees, pets anything.
Drink a glass of water yourself now preferably in a glass made of metal where u store water for the entire night.
Now take mug and put a spoon of Turmeric and honey and drink it with lukewarm water.
Sit down anywhere comfortably to chant any mantra. A mantra which is powerful enough to vibrate your nerves. Say it loud enough. Don’t say it to make some God happy but to get your nerves shaken.
Take a bath now with lukewarm water if you aren’t comfortable with early morning cold weather.
Feel the water on this body. Every drop must be replenishing your, cleansing all your sins. This is a warm up as well for the upcoming 90 mins match u are heading to. Post bath start the day with half an hour Surya namaskar. 100 times is best if u could do but 12 sets are good too. It will open your every body part and air will start flowing in. U may add some cardio with it too. Jumping jacks or ropes or high heels whichever is convenient. The more you make your heart run the better you would be. The sweat will activate your GOOD HORMONES immediately. This is followed by intense lungs exercise. 30 mins breathing practise with Alkaline Deep Breathing, breath of Fire. 9 rounds of breathing,each round should conclude with Breath hold. Every hold should be for 1 min even the hold with No air. In the end of this exercise you would be kind of very high due to excess oxygen on body. It may cause tinkle on your face or skin of any part of the body. Preserve the feeling. Feel it. It’s heaven. Next 30 mins u sit still. A position u fix in beginning, lotus pose or any pose convenient and sit the same position for next 30 mins. Meditation is not thinking about third eye the people bullshit about. In this moment you activate your light body the subtle persona. If your have Noice around, put the headphone on and listen to vairagya stotrum(any one out of 5 you like most) or you may use any Zen music. After this session you are at the top of your concentration and you reach the pinnacle of happiness. You may start the day with a half hour reading if possible. Please avoid reading those religious scriptures. Instead you may rope in for some educational doctrine.
